Generative AI Usage Policy
1. Introduction
AI Creators provides creative production, business support, editorial content, creator introductions, training, and consulting services using generative AI.
This policy explains how AI Creators uses generative AI and outlines the principles we follow for readers, users, clients, creators, companies, researchers, and other stakeholders.
We use generative AI to support production, editing, research, planning, and related creative workflows. However, we do not publish or deliver AI-generated outputs without appropriate consideration. Where necessary, human editors, creators, or project members review, edit, and make final decisions.
2. Scope of Generative AI Use
AI Creators may use generative AI for the following purposes.
2-1. Articles and Content Production
Generative AI may be used to support article outlines, research assistance, title ideas, headings, meta descriptions, draft writing, proofreading, editing, translation, summarization, FAQ organization, and SEO/AIO-oriented content structuring.
2-2. Image, Video, and Audio Production
Generative AI may be used to support the creation of featured images, in-article visuals, concept art, video structures, storyboards, prompt design, narration scripts, subtitles, copywriting, background music ideas, sound effects, and audio direction.
2-3. Business and Operational Support
Generative AI may be used to assist with proposals, pitch materials, sales documents, inquiry response drafts, social media posts, press releases, analytics reports, website improvement ideas, training materials, and workshop content.
3. Human Review and Editorial Responsibility
AI Creators treats generative AI not as a tool that automatically produces definitive answers, but as a technology that extends human planning, editing, expression, and implementation.
Text, images, information, proposals, visual concepts, and other outputs generated with AI are reviewed and edited by humans where necessary. Final decisions regarding publication, delivery, and use are made by humans.
Public materials such as articles, images, videos, service pages, advertising expressions, social media posts, proposal documents, and deliverables are reviewed by the operator, editor, creator, or relevant project member before publication or submission, in accordance with the purpose and policy of each medium or project.
4. Fact-Checking and Accuracy
Generative AI outputs may include incorrect information, outdated information, inaccurate wording, or content that does not fit the intended context.
For information that requires accuracy, including laws, regulations, pricing, event dates, company information, product information, AI tool specifications, terms of service, and administrative information, we strive to verify the content using official sources, primary sources, or other reliable references.
If an error is identified in published content, we will review the matter and take appropriate action, such as correction, addition, deletion, or other necessary updates.
5. Copyright and Intellectual Property
Even when using generative AI, AI Creators takes care not to copy, reproduce, imitate, or use existing copyrighted works, characters, trademarks, logos, photographs, text, music, video, designs, or other protected materials without permission.
When producing images, text, video, audio, characters, or brand visuals, we take care to avoid excessive similarity to specific artists, works, brands, characters, or real individuals.
When using external materials such as stock assets, photographs, audio, fonts, logos, portrait images, product images, or existing footage, we check the relevant usage conditions and licenses where necessary.
6. Personal Information and Confidential Information
AI Creators takes care not to input personal or confidential information into generative AI tools without appropriate consideration. This includes names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, facial images, contract information, customer information, internal documents, and other non-public information.
We do not input or share non-public information about clients, creators, companies, research institutions, external partners, or other stakeholders into generative AI tools without permission.
When business use requires the handling of such information, we take reasonable measures where possible, such as anonymization, summarization, masking, and limiting the scope of sharing.
7. Transparency
AI Creators may use generative AI as part of its website operations and production processes, including articles, images, videos, audio, documents, planning, translation, editing, research assistance, service introductions, creator introductions, social media posts, and advertising expressions.
For this reason, we do not necessarily disclose the use of AI, the tools used, the production process, or the scope of generation for every individual piece of content. However, if there is a significant risk of misunderstanding by readers, users, clients, or stakeholders, or if we determine that disclosure of AI-generated content is particularly necessary, we will provide notes or explanations where appropriate.
For AI-generated people, landscapes, product images, sample works, concept visuals, and similar materials, we strive to prevent misunderstanding where there is a risk that they may be mistaken for real people, places, products, companies, or works.
8. Prohibited and Restricted Uses of Generative AI
AI Creators does not use generative AI for the following purposes:
Using AI to copy or imitate third-party copyrighted works without permission
Creating false or misleading information
Creating content that defames or harms individuals
Creating images, audio, or text that impersonates real individuals
Using personal or confidential information without permission
Creating expressions that promote discrimination, prejudice, violence, or sexual exploitation
Using AI to intentionally deceive readers, users, clients, or stakeholders
9. AI Creators’ Core Principles
AI Creators uses generative AI as a technology that expands creativity and practical implementation.
We do not rely solely on automated generation. We place importance on human planning, editing, direction, verification, and implementation.
In client work, we confirm the tools used, production scope, rights, handling of deliverables, media of use, and commercial usage conditions where necessary.
For all creative work, we value not only novelty of expression but also quality, rights management, safety, practicality, business objectives, brand objectives, and operational feasibility.
10. Use of External Tools and Services
AI Creators may use various generative AI tools and external services for text generation, translation, image generation, video generation, audio generation, music generation, data analysis, proofreading, search assistance, document creation, prompt design, and related purposes.
Where possible, we check the terms of service, commercial use permissions, copyright conditions, data usage policies, handling of outputs, and prohibited uses of the AI tools and external services we use.
Because generative AI tools may change in technology, specifications, pricing, terms, commercial usage conditions, and output quality, the tools we use and our operational policies may be updated as needed.

12. Policy Updates
Generative AI technology, laws and regulations, social expectations, tool terms of service, commercial usage conditions, and production practices continue to evolve.
AI Creators will review and update this policy as necessary in response to these changes.
When this policy is updated, the revised date will be indicated on this page.
AI Creators aims to expand the possibilities of creativity and implementation through generative AI while maintaining quality, rights awareness, safety, and transparency.
