A development and production studio combining game industry expertise with generative AI, from concept to launch
GADE develops and operates games and applications, alongside providing production support and consulting services using generative AI. Founded in 2011, the company integrates AI throughout its production process, enabling small teams to take projects from concept and specification through implementation, asset creation, and launch.
Led by Yanagihori, whose 33-year career in game development includes roles as a director, producer, and program manager at SEGA, Sony Computer Entertainment (SCE), and Microsoft, GADE brings extensive experience in both game design and production management. This background informs its approach to refining concepts, guiding development, and evaluating quality.
In 2026, GADE contributed to Football News Hero as part of a three-person team selected for the Supercell AI Innovation Lab, taking responsibility for production. The project explores a new kind of gameplay experience in which AI transforms players’ results into news articles and publicly accessible web pages.
GADE also develops Universo Fútbol, a browser-based platform connecting multiple football games within a shared world, with GrassrootsFootball currently in public beta. Through play, interaction, and shared experiences, the company aims to build a community that players can continue to enjoy over time.
For video, animation, character, and music projects, GADE assembles specialist teams to meet each project’s needs and oversees planning, creative direction, production management, and quality control. Its flexible production approach accommodates a range of requirements, including small projects and tight deadlines.
