Independent Contractor · Freelance / Side Engagements Welcome
We are looking for a business development professional who can connect the needs of global enterprise clients with the expertise of AI creators—and turn promising conversations into successful creative projects.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Respond to inquiries from global companies and organizations
- Lead online client meetings, discovery sessions, and needs assessments
- Clarify each client’s business objectives, challenges, requirements, and success criteria

- Select and assign the right AI creators and external partners for each project
- Bridge communication between clients, creators, and project partners across languages and cultures
- Support client communication and project delivery after contracts are signed
- Identify opportunities for follow-on initiatives and long-term partnerships
- Improve sales materials, proposal workflows, and client-facing processes
- Provide occasional on-site support for exhibitions, events, shoots, or other project activities
Your scope of responsibility will be determined in consultation with you, based on your experience, strengths, location, and availability.
Requirements
What You’ll Need
- Native-level proficiency in at least one language, together with business-level English for meetings, presentations, negotiations, and written communication
- Professional experience in B2B sales, solution sales, business development, account management, consulting, creative direction, or project delivery
- The ability to listen closely, identify the underlying business need, and translate it into clear project requirements
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across organizations, roles, and cultures
- Confidence using video conferencing, chat, document collaboration, and other cloud-based tools
- Sound judgment when handling confidential information, intellectual property, copyright, and personal data
Previous professional experience with generative AI is not required. We welcome people who are eager to learn quickly and apply new knowledge in a practical business setting.
Preferred Skills
What Would Be a Plus
- Experience working with multinational companies or global enterprise clients
- Experience leading cross-border projects, international negotiations, or multicultural teams
- Professional proficiency in additional languages beyond English
- Experience in advertising, film, design, web, media, entertainment, or events
- Experience directing creative production or managing complex project delivery
- Experience sourcing and assigning creators, specialists, or external partners
- Hands-on experience using generative AI for strategy, creative production, or operational improvement
- Experience developing new business, proofs of concept, campaigns, or partnership initiatives
- Experience preparing proposals, pitch decks, scopes of work, or cost estimates
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll Thrive Here If You
- Treat clients and creators as equally important partners
- Look beyond the initial request to understand the business objective behind it
- Enjoy building tailored solutions instead of selling a fixed product
- Are genuinely interested in both creative work and business outcomes
- Communicate with cultural awareness and adapt your approach to different audiences
- Can research, think, and act independently in a fast-changing field
- Are comfortable working in a small team and helping build better systems and processes
